Railex™ ESD Storage Pocket

The Railex™ ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) Storage Pocket protects Surface Mount Device (SMD) stencils from damage and offers protection against electro-static discharge.

Developed in conjunction with a leading German stencil manufacturer and utilising materials produced by the UK’s premier manufacturer of technical boards; the unique pockets are sturdy and certified electro-static discharge (ESD) material complies with current ESD standards to guarantee protection against electro-static discharge*.

This proven system protects your SMDs from the moment they are removed from the process, throughout their storage time and until their return to the machine when next required. The SMDs are easily located through the file’s indexing system and remain damage free, saving valuable down time ­– even in the most sensitive of production areas.
